Eagles News · Boy’s Swim and Dive Finish at 3rd State Finals


The 2018-2019 Boys Swimming and Diving team finished third at the Division 1 state championship on Saturday, March 9th.  The third place finish is the highest finish for the team at the Division 1 meet.  The Eagles scored 164 points to take the bronze trophy home.  The winner of the meet was OK Red foe West Ottawa.  The 2019 State team include the following athletes:

Class of 2021 Nate Chalmers, Gabe Ecenbarger, Liam Kuiper, Colin McDowell

Class of 2022 Micah Bayle, Henry Booker, Ethan Holwerda

Over the course of the meet, these swimmers broke 6 school records, 14 All-State performances and 10 All-American provisional times.
