Eagles News · Boy’s Lacrosse Defeats Brighton

The Eagles traveled to Brighton Friday night to face the Bulldogs of Brighton, and came away with a 19-5 win.  The Eagles offense scored early and often and was led by Senior middie Justin Rappuhn, who set the school record for goals in a single game, with 7.  Senior attack Jon Bickford also had a strong night tossing in 6 goals.  Sophomore attack Jackson Kok, scored his first goal on Varsity but didn’t stop there and added two more for a nice hat trick.  Junior middle Cam Richards tossed in two nice goals and Senior attack Nate Seaver also scored his first goal of the season to round out the Eagle offensive attack.

The defense was stingy as usual and Junior goalie Josh Millenbach was strong in net only allowing 3 goals in the first half, then Senior goalie Kinnon Kurtcyz played the second half of the game only allowing 2 goals. Junior FOGO Landon Piper had a very strong night at face-off to help start the Eagle attack all night.

The Eagles are back in action Thursday in Hudsonville at 7:00pm versus Forest Hills Eastern.  Come out an support your Eagles.
