Boys Cross Country place 9th at the prestigious Portage Invitational

After a stunning victory over powerhouse Rockford at the #2 conference Jamboree Tuesday October 3, the boys bounced back and placed 9th at the Portage Invitational out of 49 teams.  This meet is known as a semi-state meet going into the final stretch of the season.  Top teams in the state were represented as well

With a slight breeze, overcast and drizzling day, the region 3 cross country met began.  Saturday the Hudsonville girls cross country team placed 6th in the region.  Zoe Louis finished her 1st cross country season with a strong performance bettering her seeded place by 7 spots.  Alyssa Sanchez also had a great performance, running hard

Injuries and sicknesses are finally subsiding on the Hudsonville cross country team as they head into the final stretch of the 2015 season.  The girls are still missing their #5 runner Madison Cook due to a slight foot fracture.  She hopes to be able to race at the OK Red conference meet October 22nd at

Hudsonville X-Country compete at MSU and Sparta

Hudsonville runners Melanie Helder and Derek Sanchez were the lone medalist at the MSU cross country meet Friday.  Melanie competed in Spartan Elite girls race and place 23rd with a time of 19:06.  The team placed 15th overall.  Derek placed 20th competing in the Green Division 1 & 2 race with a time of 17:07.
