What looked like was going to be a close game at the end of the 1st quarter turned lopsided in the second half. The Eagles were able to turn over the Comets all night long creating fast break opportunities that they were able to convert. Helping lead that charge was senior point guard Jovaan Daniels who had a team high 6 steals along with 15 points. It was a balanced attack for the Eagles who got contributions from everyone but leading the way in that attack was junior wingman Alex Armstrong who had 20 points and 10 rebounds. Overall a good win for the Eagles who improve to 2-0.
