On Sunday, the Eagles traveled to Allen Park to compete in the MHSAA Team Finals. Facing 16 of the top Division 1 teams in the state, Hudsonville rose to the challenge. After eight baker games and two individual games, the Eagles earned the No. 6 seed and advanced to the championship bracket. In the Elite Eight, Hudsonville squared off against Macomb Dakota, battling through a tight best-of-five baker series and securing a thrilling 3–2 victory. The momentum carried into the semifinals, where the Eagles fought until the final ball before falling in another nail-biter, 3–2, to Dearborn High School. Their run ended in the Final Four — a testament to their resilience, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
