Tryouts and practices for the HHS fall sport season begin on Monday, August 10th! Please see below for details and requirements. Athlete Paperwork Requirements Prior to participating in a practice or tryout for an HHS athletic team, the student must have a valid physical on file in the athletic office (dated on or after April 15, 2026) and also complete the online registration at the following link: https://hudsonville-mi.finalforms.com/ Please note that we have transitioned to FinalForms as our athletic registration platform for the 2026–27 school year. RecDesk is no longer being used for student-athlete registration, and all registrations should now be completed through FinalForms. A few notes about FinalForms: *Your progress is saved automatically as you complete the required forms, so you do not need to finish the registration in one session. *After a parent or guardian completes the registration, the student must log in to FinalForms using their HPS email address to review and electronically sign the required forms. Students must use their HPS email account. *Entry tickets are no longer required. Coaches can view FinalForms to verify which students have completed registration and are eligible to participate. *To avoid the online credit card processing fee for the participation fee, you may pay by cash or check in the athletic office. Please note that we are unable to process credit card payments in the athletic office. Participation Fee: $100 per student per school year ($50 if family qualifies for reduced lunch; fee waived if family qualifies for free lunch). There is a family cap of $250.00 per year (also applies to families with student athletes in MS and HS). Athletic Physical: Must have been completed on or after April 15, 2026 in order to be valid for the 2026-27 school year. Completed forms can be uploaded into FinalForms, dropped off to the HHS athletic office or emailed to jelenbaa@hpseagles.net.
