The Eagle Girls Golfers filled two teams today as they played 18 holes in the Cedar Springs Invitational at a difficult Cedar Chase Golf Course. The Eagle Maize Team took home the victory shooting a 382. Two Seniors, Raylee Loughin and Tatum Samaniego, finished tied for first place overall both shooting a 94. Close behind in 4th place was Sophomore Mia McClure shooting a 96. Rounding out the scoring for the Maize Team and taking 5th place was Junior Alice Waara shooting a 98. Not scoring but also playing on the Maize Team was Junior Fiona Bieleki who shot 107 (T13th place). The Eagle Blue Team took a 4th place team finish shooting a 424. Going low for the Blue Team was Sophomore Blakely TenHave with an 8th place overall finish and score of 101. Also scoring for the Blue Team were Freshman Brooklyn Malloch (106-12th place), Sophomore Elayna Pasma (107-T13th place), and Sophomore Tenley Smit (110 T18th place). Not scoring but also playing was Sophomore Pella Schoen who shot 120 (24th place). The Eagles return to OK Red Conference play to finish out regular season with three Jamborees next week.
