The Varsity Eagle Girls Golfers fought the wind Monday afternoon at Macatawa Golf Club. The team shot a team score of 176, winning by just one shot over Rockford who fired a 177. Contributing to that team score was Senior Raylee Loughin who went low for the team and for the field with a four over par 40. Also scoring for the Eagles were Sophomore Mia McClure (T6th - 45), Freshman Brooklyn Malloch (T6th - 45 and PR), and Junior Fiona Bielecki (T12th - 46). Not scoring but also playing were Senior Tatum Samaniego (15th - 47) and Junior Alice Waara (21st - 53). The Eagles get right back to the course on Tuesday at Blythefield Country Club.
