The Eagles battled through the wind on Monday afternoon in the Tri-Match at Sunnybrook CC, taking first place shooting a team score of 189. Caledonia finished with a 197 and Jenison with a 211. Going low for the Eagles was Senior Ashlyn VanderBaan shooting a 43 taking second overall behind Caledonia's Codie O'krangley who shot 40. Also scoring for the Eagles were Junior Raylee Loughin (44-3rd), Junior Kiera Kniebes (50- 8th), and Junior Natalia Henriquez (52-9th). Playing but not scoring for the team were Junior Tatum Samaniego (54-10th) and Sophomore Fiona Bielecki (55-11th). The Eagles will open up conference play on Wednesday at the Meadows in the 18 hole OK Red Early Season Match.
