Hudsonville High School

The Eagles traveled to the Meadows GC on Wednesday to play in the OK Red Early Season 18-Hole event. The greens were rolling fast, creating a challenge for many players. Rockford finished first with a team score of 339 followed by Grand Haven with a 359. Hudsonville followed closely behind with a 360. Going low for the Eagles and finishing top five individually was Senior Ashlyn VanderBaan with an 83, 5th place. Also scoring for the Eagles: Junior Tatum Samaniego (89 - 8th place), Junior Raylee Loughin (92 - 9th place) and Senior Charlotte Spaniolo (96 - 13th place Personal Record). Not scoring but also playing: Sophomore Fiona Bielecki (102 - 16th place) and Junior Kiera Kniebes (110 - 21st place). The Eagles take a break for the holiday weekend and get back into action next Wednesday at Grandville's OK Red Jamboree at Kaufman GC.
