Hudsonville High School

The Hudsonville girls cross country team came out blazing tonight at the Ottawa Hills Invitational meet. The varsity were meet champions and the JV squad placed 2nd out of a field of 19 teams. In the varsity team race, Hudsonville scored 58 points to Portage Central's 87 points. Cassie Karasinski had a stellar race placing 2nd with a battle for 1st place. She broke the 18:00 with a 17:55. Her varsity teammates all ran either season PR's or lifetime PR's: Grace Snyder 5th, 18:35, Chloe Purwin 9th 18:57, Lexie Snyder 13th 19:17, Ashley Wayne 29th 20:03, Addison Dodd 55th 21:13 and Michaela Pries 60th 21:17.
